Consulting Director
Karen has over twenty years of experience in corporate and financial communications and marketing roles in the media and telecoms sectors, including five years as Head of European Investor Relations at Reuters Group, where she was responsible for producing the company’s Annual Report, Annual Review and other investor materials.

Stewart Birch
Technical Director
Stewart has 10 years’ experience in Web Development. Starting his career with one of the UK’s leading job boards he went on to work for major agencies including AKQA and Carlson Marketing on high profile websites such Sainsbury’s, Sky and Hyundai. Whilst eager to advance the use of ‘up to date’ technologies in the work Addison creates, he is determined not to let that get in the way of the stories our clients want to tell.

James Brock
Executive Director
James has over twenty years’ client side and agency experience, covering corporate communications, branding, product and corporate marketing. He provides strategic advice on communications to a number of clients and is also responsible for the development of Addison’s capabilities and offer in digital, corporate communications and creative services.

Martin Chiles
Design Director
Martin Chiles joined Addison in 2003. He holds a BA (Hons) in Visual Communication and has sixteen years’ experience managing both print and online creative departments. He has broad experience of a wide range of disciplines, including brand creation, brand management, corporate reporting and internal communication projects.

Peter Chodel
Creative Director
Peter trained at the Central School of Art and Design and worked briefly at Mitchell Beazley Books before joining the Observer Magazine. After working at Stadden Hughes, a marketing agency, he focused on literature design joining Michael Peters Literature in 1983. Peter Joined Addison as Creative Director in 1991.

Georgina Herdman
Business Development Manager
Georgina joined Addison as a Business Development Manager in June 2011. Before joining Addison, Georgina worked at HSBC where she gained five years’ experience in developing new customer propositions. Georgina works with prospective clients to identify how Addison’s combination of insight, design and media delivery can help companies communicate more effectively.

Guy Jefferson
Client Services Director
Guy has worked in design, branding and communications for over 18 years and joined Addison in 1999. As well as managing a number of global accounts Guy is also responsible for the account management teams at Addison in his role as Client Services Director.

Janice Lingwood
Consulting Director
A Chartered Accountant, Janice worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 25 years, and has focused on narrative reporting for the last 15 years. Janice joined Addison in 2008 and develops relevant content within Annual Reports for a number of clients. Janice also works as a consultant to various regulators.

Kevin Martin
Operations Manager
Kevin has responsibility for the delivery of all print and online projects as well as optimising Addison’s document management system, which controls and tracks amends and integrates the delivery of print and online content. He monitors workloads and schedules ensuring deadlines are met and appropriate resources are available across all disciplines.

Wendy McGuinness
Account Director
Wendy joined Addison in 2010 with an established background in design management that includes corporate communications, branding, packaging and new product development. She leads the project management both in annual reporting and other corporate communications, in print and online, on a number of international client accounts at Addison.

Suzannah Oliver
Account Director
Suzannah joined Addison in 2010 and has over eleven years’ experience working in publishing, corporate communications, financial services and the insurance sector. She leads the project management on a number of international client accounts producing a wide range of print and online corporate communication literature.

Alexi Papadakis
Finance Director
Alexi is a Chartered Accountant and qualified through KPMG South Africa. He first joined WPP in the Internal Audit function within the Branding & Identity Group (BtoD Group) of WPP, managing the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and finance process refinement for over 20 companies operating around the world.

Tom Robinson
CEO
With a background in Psychology, Tom has worked in corporate communications for the past 14 years and has been Addison’s senior director since 2005. Alongside his group role he is responsible for a number of client relationships in the UK, the Netherlands and Switzerland.

Paul Sillers
Digital Operations Director
Paul joined Addison in November 2011 and guides the strategy and implementation of Addison’s delivery of multi-channel digital reports across a variety of devices and platforms to complement its print-based propositions. His role is to ensure that stakeholders have a seamless, integrated and consistent experience across all corporate reporting media.

Commercial Director
Leif has worked as a consultant for major companies in both the US and UK. He is responsible for a range of client relationships, as well as the development and delivery of all Addison services to our clients. His work for clients includes corporate identity, brand development, and corporate communications.

JP Sykes
Design Director
John-Paul has over twelve years’ experience, specialising in brand identity and corporate communications. He has designed brand identities, annual reports and recruitment campaigns for a number of FTSE 100 companies, and his work has been recognised by the D&AD and Design Week. John-Paul joined Addison in 2010 as Design Director.

Sandra Vico
Account Director
Prior to joining Addison, Sandra headed up her own agency and held a senior position within a leading global brand company, and brings an in depth knowledge of corporate and branding imperatives. Sandra leads the project management on various client accounts at Addison, including the London Stock Exchange Annual Report.

Amanda Woodward
Account Director
Amanda has 14 years’ experience in the marketing and communications industry. Amanda started her career in production, and so understands all aspects of the design and production process and is able to use her diverse experience and organisational capabilities to best advise clients at all stages of a project, whether print or digital.
